Please consider our policies when booking your appointment


We are stylists who are considerate of our client's time. When booking appointments, we ask that you do the same.

Please be considerate of our time as well as others! We do not accept late appointments.

Some exceptions may be considered due to certain situations, but only if we receive a call ahead of your appointment time.

If running behind please call ahead of your appointment time, there may be possibility you will be rescheduled and charged a late cancellation fee.

After 20 minutes, appointments without a call are considered a no-show.

NO CALL, NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE THAT WAS BOOKED.

If you need to cancel a service YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR APPT to avoid a 25% LATE CANCELLATION FEE.

The prices listed on our site and app are starting prices.

All prices are subject to change at management's discretion.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & Amex.

We also accept debit cards as well as cash.

We do not accept checks. Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online or in store.

No refunds will be given on any services.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, you must let us know within 3 days of your initial appointment.

We will redo the service if needed, whether it is the original stylist or another team member we will fix the problem.

No children that require adult supervision are allowed in the salon unless services are being rendered.
